welcome to instagram heaven ladies and gents.
this weekend myself, Katelyn and Cheyenne decided to take in the art of ice cream experience in scottsdale and boy do we have instagram content for the next year.
what is the art of ice cream you may ask. well good question because we weren’t 100% sure when we decided to go. essentially it is 7-ish rooms filled with interesting art inspired by ice cream. throughout your tour you are able to sample different forms of ice cream and are encouraged to take pictures. for reference, the three of us took about an hour to go through the entire thing (keep in mind we stopped in each room and even went back to some to get better shots).
the first room featured an ice cream boxing ring with some cute cone gloves.
second was a “popsicle” room ft. this cool spray painted wall (ps. how ADORABLE are my friends? serious professional models here)
the third room featured a (deeper than i thought) ball pit. this was really the only “activity” in the exhibit and we actually ended up coming to this last as there were a bunch of kids playing in it the first time.
upstairs was my 70s DREAM. the pictures from this room were probably my favorite because of the yellow tones that came from these pictures; also there was so many different photo opportunities. (not gonna lie i was kinda waiting for austin powers to join us).
next was… the milkshake room. we got offered vanilla milkshakes when we walked in and honestly… im here for it. this was more like the corner of a room but they got all their bases covered. the top picture of katelyn reminds me of the quote “kiss the boys and make them cry”. (ps. here is a link to the song, because i know you’re going to be looking it up anyway.)
last room upstairs was a sprinkle/ice cream basketball court type thing with a small bowling alley (there wasn’t any hoops and you couldn’t touch the bowling stuff but we danced HARD in this room because as we walked in they bumped some vintage JT).
you finish off by getting some ice cream (cup or cone) and looking at some cool wall art ( like these sprinkle lips!)
at a cost of $25 a ticket i think we would all agree it was totally worth the money for us! we had fun trying all the ice cream and walking around getting some killer instagrams. i think this would be a cute place to bring kids until 10 because of the ball pit and sugar buzz! just keep in mind, if you aren’t a kid or you are an adult who doesn’t care for taking a bunch of pictures this probably isn’t the experience for you!
are you a cup or a cone kind of person?? let me know!

Reading your article helped me a lot, but I still had some doubts at the time, could I ask you for advice? Thanks.
